Non-Resident Daily Guest Pass

To access our beaches and parking, both residents and non-residents need a permit. Walk-ons are not allowed. (A resident is considered a Mattituck/Laurel homeowner or a year-round renter).
The Non-Resident Daily Guest Pass gives you access to most of the Mattituck Park District's beaches and parking facilities for the entire day. The Daily Pass is NOT valid at Breakwater Beach or Bailie Beach. The Passes are only sold online at the booth at Veterans Park, when the booth is staffed from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
What is New for 2024?
Non-Resident Daily Guest Passes will NOT be sold at Breakwater Beach or Peconic Bay Park.
They must be displayed inside the windshield of your vehicle.
If after you purchase a Daily Guest Pass and you decide to come back, you may convert it to a Seasonal Pass, by printing your name, address, email address, and phone number on the reverse of the permit and dropping it in the locked black mailbox next to the MPD Office door. On Monday, your credit card will be charged the $165 conversion fee and a permit will be mailed to you.
Purchase of the Non-Resident Daily Guest Pass does not allow you to apply for the MPD Fishing Permit.

Anyone.
How long is the Daily Pass good for?
It is valid for the entire day and you may use it at Peconic Bay Park as well.
Where Can I Purchase a Daily Guest Pass?
During beach season, you can purchase a Resident Beach Permit from the booth (during operating hours) at the entrance of Veterans Memorial Park. Only credit cards are accepted. ​
